I sent my money to the wrong account, what do I do?

If we’re still processing your payment or have received your money but not yet sent it, there may still be time to stop the payment. Give us a call as soon as possible.

If your money has been sent, then it is not possible to stop the payment. The best solution is to contact the recipient and instruct them to send the funds back. Alternatively, we can place a recall on the payment which contacts the recipient bank and asks them to return the funds to us. However, this still requires the permission of the recipient.
