You can view your PIN online after logging into your account. We will not send your PIN via email or post.
When you log in to your account on the web you should be on the "Dashboard" page and see a button marked "View Pin" underneath your card.
Click on this button and a pop-up will appear with your PIN.
Please make sure you have pop-ups enabled in your browser, or this may cause issues.
To view your PIN in the Caxton app please log in and navigate to the "Cards" section at the bottom of your screen.
Here you can click "View Pin", and your PIN should appear.
