From your dashboard, click 'international payments'.
Click 'rate alerts'.
Confirm the currency you would like to buy or sell using the drop-down boxes.
Input the amount you would like to purchase or sell in the two boxes.
Click the 'get rate' button.
Type the exchange rate you would like to be alerted to in the 'preferred exchange rate' box.
Tick the confirmation box to agree to be emailed if this rate is reached.
Click the 'create rate watch' button.
